United Trans LLC is a top notch carrier known for its impeccable and immaculate service. The owner and staff are responsive, friendly, very experienced, and very trustworthy. They work very hard, go above and beyond, and provide excellent customer service, work ethic, and honesty. They work well within operational requirements and assist with multiple fleet and regulatory needs. Some reviews, however, cannot recommend or approve of the organization or its management, citing concerns about their style of operations. Many drivers have worked with them for years and will continue to do so, stating they are the best dispatcher they have ever used.
Nadia and the staff over at United Trans LLC has been a great partner carrier for myself and RXO/Coyote Logistics. Great group of people to work with. From the excellent customer service with booking and folllowing up on loads. Dispatchers has open communication, drivers are very seasoned and great with following the tracking protocol on every load, and most importantly my loads are always picked and delivered on time with NO Issues. Thank you United Trans LLC!!!
I've been using United Trans LLC for about 4 years. United Trans LLC has been the best dispatcher I have ever used. Oleg, Nadia & Jennifer are very friendly, very experienced, work very hard for us and most importantly very trustworthy. I've never had a problem picking up a check with runaround stories like other dispatcher I've used. Because of their excellent customer service, work ethic and honesty, I will NOT recommend any other dispatcher. Thank you United Trans LLC team for all your hard work and support over the years!
Responsive Owner and staff. Works well within our operational requirements. Able to assist in multiple fleet and regulatory requirements.This review was submitted under my name, without notice or permission and was entered over 1 year since last contact with this organization. I can not recommend, suggest or approve of this organization or its management and this false recommendation is a prime example of their style of operations as witnessed by myself.
