I’d been dealing with IT-Band Syndrome for the past four years, which made hiking difficult as I was experiencing major knee pain in my right knee. I tried everything. Went to a chiropractor, tried acupuncture, spent a year with a physical therapist, and even worked with a personal trainer at 24-hour-fitness, but I wasn’t finding any relief or progress, so I stopped doing those things. Instead, I stuck with Scott Harms at Life-Giving Touch Massage. He’s been working on me for two years, and my legs are finally in a good place right now.
