“My first round of PT at North Lake was with a therapist named Addi who rocked! She was kind, funny, compassionate and knowledgeable! I gained an immense amount of healing working with her. This is my second round of PT at North Lake and my therapist’s name is Jason aka Jay. He is absolutely amazing! He takes inventory of how my ankle is feeling and always knows what exercises will be challenging, but not over do it. He is very knowledgeable and caring as well. “My own experience with Inreach Physical thearpy in clackmas has been a blessing. As soon as I walk through that door for my appoiments not only do I feel welcomed but i feel like i am part of the family. I have had the honor of working with mostly all of the staff. The only staff i have experience with are the physical thearipsts.Everyone I have worked with took the time to really get to know my issues. And listen to me . They not only communicated with me but also was on same page as my doctors. I feel that they went above and beyound to respect me and my time. I am so happy and I am making progress from when I first showed up at their door. Working with each one of these wonderful physical therapists they are all knowledgeable and really help me understand when I have questions. When things got a little tough on me for a minute they found a creative solution that really has helped so much between the visits. And sometimes when I lack patience in my recovery or forget how to do the excersise. They are patient , caring and explain and demonstrate to me making it easier to understand the excersises. If there were more stars each of the thearpists and administrative staff would have their own stars. I've had the best customer service. Easy to communicate and talk and approach with hard questions to physical therapists.“
