We have used Service Now for over 14 years and have never been disappointed with their work. This week, our AC unit went out. Hudson, our Service Now agent, was prompt, courteous and knowledgable and had our AC unit back, up and running in less than an hour. We have never been disappointed. Thank-you Service Now!
This is an excellent company, prompt, courteous, and highly competent. We have replaced and had serviced 3 furnaces over 55 years of living in our house, using a number of local companies. Service Now is FAR above the competition. Every call, including a furnace replacement, has been dealt with on the day we called.
I have used Service Now to service my furnace for the last few years and was very happy with their service. They are professional and timely. Recently, I worked with them to install a central air conditioning for our house and relocate existing electrical connections. They were very transparent with costs and activities.
