Had a great experience here and drove away feeling very satisfied with the service.I was directed to Safelite by my insurance when I noticed a long crack starting from a chip in my windshield. Making an appointment and billing insurance was super easy and they had next-day openings for me (I did all of this online). The replacement took exactly as long as they estimated, the windshield looks great, and the service tech was friendly and helpful. He even vacuumed the front of my car and wiped the windows down.Overall, very happy!

I got started with this company the same way many others probably do. Allstate recommends them and the online system makes it so easy to schedule and set up you would think this is the most high-tech professional company around. Well that is where it end, once you step foot inside and talk with the guy at the front you realize he struggles to type anything in a computer and finding my paperwork took some time. I was schedule for a warranty replacement as the first one they put in 10 days earlier had cracked driving off the lot. Some unreasonable troubles here. I showed up to my appointment only to have them tell me they ordered the wrong glass and would call me back. I get a call a couple of days later and reschedule. I show up to the appointment we agreed upon only to have them tell me that they had actually scheduled for the day prior (that I would’ve never agreed to) and also that again, they had ordered the wrong glass. The third time I returned they had the correct glass and there were no troubles, I just wish I hadn’t wasted so much of my time for something that was not my fault.
