“We LOVE Chris! Our pup REFUSED to be trained until we brought her to him! He has done magic with her! She is so well behaved and is a total new dog! We couldn’t ask for a better trainer! Sweetpea LOVES her trainer aswell! EVERYTIME we drive by she gets all excited thinking we are dropping her off! When we do drop her off she goes right in all excited to see all her friends including Chris! We are so unbelievably greatful for university K9! Our pup used to run right up to dogs (to say hi) but we couldnt get her to stop. After leaving her with Chris for a few weeks we now can comfortably go on walks off leash and know she won’t leave our side unless we say so! She’s doing so great! Her home is warm and inviting and you can instantly see her passion and love for parrots! She surprised us with preparing chop to my parrotlet!! Ripley came back to us as we left her. “Have been taking my dogs to Sequoia around 10 years. My last 2 dogs were rescues & had horrible allergies & the vets did all they could to help keep them happy & comfortable. I wouldn't take my new puppy any place else! Also love the fact that my dogs could board at their sister clinic in Woodburn , & that they had access to my dogs health records so I knew that if there were problems, they would be dealt with quickly & I would be kept informed. Unlike other places, in the past, the staff at both places clearly love animals & do their best to make sure my dogs/ puppy have a good experience.“

they were super accommodating of my chronically-ill, recovering-from-surgery puppy's high need level -- way moreso than the in-home rover sitter who had abandoned us a month earlier. Plus my older dog who loathes most boarding places LOVED nature's acres and never wanted to leave.

But what i appreciate most is that this place understands the trust you give them and wants to give you peace of mind in return. After a traumatic year where my puppy ended up passing away in the end, I never felt more safe away from her than when she was at nature's acres. They do a wonderful job and I know that my puppy was cared for and loved on the whole time she was here -- and now that she's gone, that means the entire world to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you to your wonderful wonderful staff for giving her love while she was still earthside. you make more of a difference than you could possibly know“

“Sadie, my 1.5 year Pitbull, German Shepard, Siberian Husky, Australian Cattle Dog mix, loves coming here. She's socialized and exhausted when I pick her up typically 8-9 hours later. She's also had no issues that I've seen when I've done multi-day overnight dog boarding. One thing that I always notice when I pick her up that I there is very little to no kennel smell. To me that shows how clean they keep their business. I also really appreciate their pre-paid packages, which makes dog boarding much more affordable.“
