The team is incredible, extremely courteous, and hard working with a wonderful evidence-based approach. Everything is very clearly tailored to each specific situation rather than some generic approach. The staff is compassionate and professional, providing awesome care. Patients feel cared for instead of just a "chart" and feel confident with a customized treatment. It is a small place with big helpfulness and big hearts. Being of great service to clients is obviously their number one goal. Patients would recommend this place to anyone that needs top quality physical therapy.
My experience at NLPT was awesome. I looked forward to working with Alejandro and Jason every visit. They made my feet feel so much better and I made so much progress working with them. Not only did they take the time to get to know me (and my kids), but they made sure I was maximizing my time spent working towards less pain in my feet. Lori in the front office was so helpful working with my insurance and getting me in on my tight schedule. Just over all a great experience. Thanks!
