First of all, they were kind enough to come out within two days. I don't know of a more responsive company. Secondly they came ready to work. They diagnosed the problem and provided photos for me to examine. They also found other trouble areas and had photos to show me. Thirdly they jumped on the work right away. When they were done they also provided before and after shots so I could feel confident the work was done correctly. They were up front and correct on their estimate.Finally, they sent two very personable contractors. I generally don't like meeting new people and I actually felt comfortable with them.Services: Roof inspection

Very professional company and staff. John showed up at my house on time and communicated with me throughout the repair process. He cleared off years of pine needles off my roofs, and made some good suggestions in a couple locations. I am a Facilities Manager for a school that has three campuses. On any given day, we can have a minor leak or need a gutters cleaned and replaced . My experience each time with Jimmy’s Roofing exceeds my expectations. After each visit, they will send a detailed report along with the invoice that includes pictures which is extremely helpful. We use Jimmy’a Roofing for quarterly maintenance as well and their service team is always on time and communicative throughout the process.
