I fractured my back a few years ago and now my back and neck get very tight and painful. I couldn't even just sit for 10 minutes without pain, but after today's session, I feel so much better. I've gone to another chiropractor in the past but it felt more like a physical therapy and nothing like this. Turned out it was my first time to get my neck and back 'cracked.' I very much felt I was 'straightened' afterwards. It was so nice to get a relaxing massage and then have adjustments done. The massage therapist Kat and Dr. Jeff were both wonderful!! Thank you so much!

I've used several chiropractors over the years, landing under a few good ones, but I needed a new one closer to home. My search on Yelp directed me to Dr. Jeff Dougal of Portland Massage and Chiropractic Services, located at the Clackamas Promenade. Boy did I luck out!There were a number of new signs of a better treatment. First, he did about a 15 minute, very in-depth and focused interview and examination, studying the whole status and history of my health. I have scoliosis and have had chronic pain in my upper back and shoulders for years. After having my son my back pain got much worse and finally I listened to my husband and did some research into nearby chiropractors. When I went in Portland Massage and Chiropractic I had such severe pain in my lower back and in my right upper shoulder I couldn't move in a lot of ways. I couldn't bend over, squat, lunge or turn in the wrong way. It was awful.
