I had had a bad experience and the next day received a call from the owners, Rebecca and her lovely husband John. They went above and beyond and completely resolved my concerns. The customer service was outstanding and because of that call and their incredible customer care, I will be going to Bogo Tan for a long time.
My 90 year old mother confusingly purchased a Groupon for me but somehow it was purchased from the Bogo that had closed down. My mom was very confused as she got a text from customer service that was very misleading. I went to the Clackamas Bogo that I frequent at times when I’m here visiting from Iowa. The sweetest most accommodating employee there helped me with my issue. She’s never intimidating and she always has a smile for her customers. I’m not gonna lie, I contemplated purchasing anything more at any Bogo, but it is employees such as Ayana that MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE! Any service I purchase will definitely be from her!
