GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We're very pleased. They were able to complete a same day service call . They called to let me know exactly when the technician was on the way and also sent a text which included a picture of the technician. Our technician Keith was right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also explained and showed me what the issue was and what he needed to replace.

Identified the problem with our central AC - loss of coolant - and found the source, recharged the system and we're cool! Matt was here exactly at the scheduled time and very professional. We like that A-Temp sent us his phot so we would know if was their tech at the door.
