From the first phone call with Greg, when he ask me how he could make me smile to the service call to the sales visit to the final install of a full replacement this experience was the best. Fast, friendly, and honest is the best way to describe our experience with this company. The service tech dropped us a ball park cost of 10k for a full replacement, and they did an upgraded furnace for just under 8k. I am extremely glad we went with them and got the service we did. I recommend them for ALL HVAC needs, and wants.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We're very pleased. They were able to complete a same day service call . They called to let me know exactly when the technician was on the way and also sent a text which included a picture of the technician. Our technician Keith was right on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also explained and showed me what the issue was and what he needed to replace.
