“Adair Homes build my home in Klamath Falls, OR not only did they do a fantastic job, they build it in record speed, with extremely high standards. The price was also good. Your rep will sit down and go over every detail of the build, so know what you want, they cannot not change once everything has been agreed on. I met most of the contractors that worked on my home were very friendly. I worked with Johanna Siebert who was my representative and she stayed on budget and was the best experience I ever had. If you’re in Southern Oregon you definitely need to request Johanna Siebert. She will stream line everything for you and will save you a lot of stress. Kevin Doren was the superintendent for my home, nothing gets by him, he will arrange the contractors and go over every detail of the job if it’s not right he will have them come and fix it. It can be as small as a scratch, he makes sure it gets done to the highest standard.
You will enjoy Gary who does the blue prints and when it goes through the County you will get approved in weeks not months. I spoke to the person at the County, and they were impressed. The entire team is organized and
systematic. They finished my home in 6 months, actually 5 months, they will have you look at everything make sure everything is right so that can take another few weeks with a warranty on top of that. Other builders you may wait 8 month to a year to get into your home. I am so grateful I got Adair Homes to build my home. My experience was beyond what I could ever imagine. I made sure I had the money in the bank and paid when the next stage was due. They gotta get paid to pay the contractors that’s all you need to worry about. Everything else will be nice and smooth. Do not hesitate to call this company you will not regret it, I highly recommend this company, I didn’t get toasters or anything to give this review, they earned it.“

He was prompt in his communication, did exactly what he said he would, and completed the job quickly and perfectly.
