Called this place asking for help with my diesel heater in Sprinter Van-note I am not a customer. The nicest woman spent time with me and helped me diagnose my problem. I'd use their shop anytime. Thank you!

The fine folks at The RV Doctor came through for us in a major way. While temporarily living in our travel trailer during a home renovation, the exterior door broke to the point that it would not close properly. The good news is RV Doc got a replacement door from the factory. The bad news is it was damaged by the shipping company. They were able to quickly repair the damaged door and get it installed. And due to our special circumstances, they squeezed us in and expedited the repair. The price was very reasonable. I recommend The RV Doctor to anyone in Southern Oregon! Thanks so much guys!

Called with a few questions on a repair of an existing camper and a bunch more just on general questions about multiple makes and models of campers as we’re about to upgrade .Mike took the time to answer every single question plus more that I could throw at him !!These were questions that he knew he wasn’t making a single dime on but still took the time to answer them all and give great advice !!!Any work I’ll ever have done while I’m in this area will most certainly be done by this company !!Very stand up guy and the secretary was an absolute sweetheart also !!!
