Stone Heating and Air did a fantastic job with our yearly maintenance! They showed up right on time, were kind and professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way I could actually understand. It’s rare to find a company that’s both friendly and dependable, but they nailed it. Highly recommend them if you want honest service done right!
Our AC was having issues and I wasn’t sure who to call. I saw a post from a friend (Jason Daly) on Facebook regarding his AC and this company. I called on Monday and explained the AC issues I was having. The person who scheduled my appointment was very kind and helpful, he did his best to get us in as soon as possible. They are based in Central Point but do service the Grants Pass area. We had a tech come out today. I received a scheduling text beforehand, followed by a confirmation text the day before and then a text today before the tech got here. The text today included a photo of the tech I would be expecting (so helpful) and a short bio about his experience. The tech that came out was Luke. He talked with my husband and was quick to start trouble shooting. He got here at 4:30ish and was in and out quickly restoring the cool air in our home. We would definitely recommend Stone Heating and Air to anyone having heating/cooling issues. Thank you Luke for helping us out today and thank you Jason for the recommendation!
Absolutely wonderful experience! We were able to get an appt the same day and our Tech fixed the issue without any issue; he even took the time to explain maintenance to my husband as we are new home owners and have no idea what we are doing 😆 Will definitely be recommending this company
