Always had good luck with them. They don't really do emergencies, but they do urgent care. I can get an appointment within a week or two versus a month out. They have reasonable prices and they always call me before doing something that would cost more.I appreciate private practice vets in the growing world of corporate vet clinics.

All of our family ,has been going to Roxy Ann for years. I will not go anywhere else. Even when it's bad news we trust them to guide us what we need to do. THANK YOU ALL for being there , Lisa Tryon

My little guy has been going through a tough time. I’ve been needing to get him into a vet but no one had any space. I found this place and checked it out.When I walked in they were slammed, there was only one person attending. When the person was finally able to attend me she was so kind and attentive to what I was saying. I know my situation was not unique yet she definitely made me feel heard and made the situation work out ultimately. It’s so refreshing to see humans who love what they do(or at least do an incredible job at making it look like they do).
