I do not recommend Michael or Rogue Home Repair. I hired them last year when my realtor recommended them. When he came out to bid the work he spoke about integrity several times, and again when they were working on our project. We'll, integrity seemed to have gone away. They did not show up as planned several times. Some of the repairs were done well under the house, but staining the deck was not so good. Then after the work was done he said he will come back to repair some errors while staining our deck. I paid him in full, instead of 80% like he asked and the rest when the repair fixes were done. Well, since we paid the full amount they never came back. He won't answer...read full review

The work that was done did not follow the work that had been previously done by other contractors. This allowed the pigeons to renest in the same spots that they had blocked off. The screen they put around the solar panel on the one remaining house has a lip on the top that the other seven homes did not. We were overcharged by $619.20.Service: General repairs
