My first contact was with Matt Witt, who responded promptly to my inquiry regarding replacing a skylight in my home and installing a new roof on my wife’s “She-Shed.” He was courteous and thorough from our initial encounter through agreement on the proposal to conduct the work. He answered every question I had and kept me updated on the progress of the ordering process. When the crew showed up on the day of installation, the first thing Harley and his colleague Austin did was meet me on my front deck with a handshake and an intentional introduction.
