Long's Heating and Air Conditioning is simply a pleasure to do business with. In 2020 they installed my Daiken heat pump and air handler for an excellent value and everyone involved, from Kristen who set my appointments to Chris 1 (install manager), Josh, Jobe (installers), Chris 2 and Cody (installation and duct cleaning) were courteous and professional. Mike L. came out to make a minor adjustment so my emergency heat runs properly and the same common thread: courteous and professional. We had our AC unit compressor give out on us for the 3rd time in four years of owning our house. After 5 quotes from various HVAC companies, Longs was the lowest bid for a full AC unit and furnace replacement, new ducting and moving it all from under the house to the attic. They scheduled us within two weeks and had the entire project completed in two days. Their entire crew was amazing. They did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up thoroughly before leaving. Will be a customer for life!! Cannot thank them enough! If you are looking for someone to take on a large scale project, choose Longs!
Our AC quit. Hot day, hot season, busy time for them. . I called Long's at 11:00am. They came at 5:20pm. Worked over to help us. Fixed it first visit. Great price! Great people! Five stars! First time I've called on them. Will not be the last. Honest serviceman. Best service I've received from any repair people.
