Dr Smith was AMAZING, helped me with my cat who came in with a leg wound and a swollen ankle. Got him some anti biotics and anti inflammatory meds. Kitty is on the mend. Dr smith was so factual and gave me every option possible before heading to the surgery and amputation route. Was so cost effective. I’m so glad to be a client here. Thank you Kambrea and Dr Smith. You guys rock.
So far they've done a great job for my cats. I've only been using them for a few months, but everyone I've spoken to has been kind, professional, happy to answer questions, and clearly loves animals!
Update: 6 months in, some of my favorite folks in Rogue Valley still.
Even though I wasn’t a client they came out quickly when I called for an emergency with my horse. We did have to have her put down but I am so thankful that they came out when they technically do not do emergencies for non clients. I will forever be thankful for them helping my girl pass peacefully ❤️🩹
