I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible service we received from Calculated Comfort! It's not every day that you encounter such good old-fashioned customer service. The office manager truly went above and beyond, spending several hours finding a technician who could come out before the end of the day. With a newborn at home, ensuring we had adequate cooling was a top priority, and they delivered!

I called someone else that said I needed to replace 4 core and cap on your system's service valves at a cost for the parts $643.64 Plus said I would need to add Freon. I decided to call around and two places said it doesn’t sound like that could be the problem and would need to diagnose it for themselves. I decided to go with Calculated Comfort, based on the price they said would be if it was what was on that 1st quoted issue. Good thing I decided to use Calculated Comfort. Mike came out and looked at everything, 1st thing he noticed is that the 4 cap items didn’t need replacement. Then after a thorough inspection he filled with Freon and checked for... read full review

I’m really impressed! This is now my second (or third) time using calculated comfort. Always super friendly and eager to help. Most recently Eric and Mike helped me. Both very professional and courteous. Explained their process to me and helped me understand what they were doing. Both seemed to have great training and experience. I really appreciate their help and will certainly use again especially since they’re so affordable!
