Winter storms left us needing repairs. Alvarez construction was assigned by our insurance company to do the job. They were out the next day to start their work. Estimates were back to insurance company that day. They had the roof and eaves repaired and the boards along the side of the house completed very quickly. We approached them about two other repairs we needed that were not covered by insurance, but needed done. They took extra time to look things over and wrote up an estimate. The jobs were completed quickly and with quality materials. My husband and I had some damage to our house a few weeks ago. We needed new floors and countertops. We went through Claudio Alvarez Construction and overall our experience was insanely positive. Dacoda Leon was our project manager and my husband and I feel like he went over and beyond for us. Highly recommend requesting him in your next project. He was one the most honest and most reliable people we've ever dealt with. Constant communication, anytime we had questions, he would text us back within a few minutes.
