Advanced Air installed a new furnace and heat pump in my house 3 weeks ago and it is super! Very quiet, very efficient and the two men were excellent in how hard they worked and how organized they were. I’d recommend this company to anyone needing service.
We had our heat pump stop working for us on New Years Eve. I called the office and they said that there was nothing that they could do for us until Thursday, a few days later. They called me back and said that they had a tech that would be stopping by on his way home from work.
Eric showed up and looked at the issue with the heat pump completely snowballed over. I was told that it would have to thaw out before they could service it.
They didn't stop there, he came in and was able to program the system to get us emergency heat, which kept us from being in the cold.

I just got a return phone call from Dan with Advanced Air on a message I left. It turned out I didn't need to hire them, I can do it myself. That's what I call honesty. Thanks, Dan
