Sarah is a truly incredible, skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy Ayurvedic Practitioner. She led my girlfriend and I through a Pancha Karma in a way way that felt very empowering and supportive, and was definitely of benefit to our overall health. I myself have an integrative bodywork practice, and when people coming to me have complex digestion issues or other significant health issues, I recommend that they also see Sarah for her amazing guidance and the healing she helps facilitate through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
