AVOID THIS PLACE FOR COLOR & FOR BAD ETHICS. First picture is results from HEADCASE, second pic is what it was suppose to be, third picture is just to show her hair with color when done right(she did a different color then).Sent my wife here to get her hair colored, she sent the pictures of the purple that's he wanted and how it was going to be a bright purple. Her and the stylist Daniel came to a agreement on price and my wife was excited as it had been a year since she last had her hair done. She goes in and gets her hair done by Daniel. The final results were very upsetting to say the least. He didn't bleach her hair(which is a dark brown), so you can barely see any of the color at all(compared to what she was suppose to get). She contacts him and let's him know and he offers to have her come in for some highlights to make it look better, at first she agreed. After we talked we agreed she paid to have all of her hair purple not just some highlights. We offer to pay a little more for him to redo the whole thing and this time bleach the hair so it will all come out the way it was suppose to. He blocks her and canceled the appointment for her highlights. Tried talking with the company and they say we will have to take it up with him, how when he has blocked her and refuses to talk to her. This had to be the most childish way to respond to this, this location is a complete joke. If they do something wrong or the way you didn't ask for good luck getting anything done about it. Wouldn't not recommend this place at all and avoid their color specialist(hahahahaha) Daniel as he is no specialist.
