As a new patient I was able to get a same day appt and have several times since. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even call or text after your appt to check up on how your animal is doing. Dr Pugsley takes his time and fully explains the diagnosis and options. He doesn't jump to expensive testing right off the bat. And their rates are very reasonable.
We switched to this veterinary around two decades ago and have been more than pleased with this decision. We have taken on several rescued dogs with challenging medical issues over the years. The care they provide our animals is top notch! Canby Veterinary is so good with explanations, helping us to understand the risks and benefits including monetary considerations of various courses of action, and through it all they are supportive and encouraging. I whole-heatedly recommend this business.
My family has brought all of our pets here for a long time. Service is outstanding and they really make an effort to remember names and the like. I’ve never doubted the quality of care and will continue to bring my dog here forever.
