I called Tim’s at 4 pm on a cross-country road trip with a rattling on my truck. They told me to come on in, they personally went to the parts shop twice to get what I needed, and stayed an extra hour just to make sure the truck was in good condition so I could carry on. They were even incredibly well priced, friendly, and happy to have my dogs running around the shop. Thank you guys so much, I’d recommend anyone in central/eastern Oregon to this shop in a heartbeat!

Absolutely phenomenal experience! I've never had a better experience with a business owner! We hit a deer between Juntura and Burns early in the morning. Everyone in Burns was excellent from the tow driver to the taxi driver who took us the 130 miles to the rental car. But Tim went above and beyond! As soon as we got there, he got our truck quickly checked out and then took the time to drive us all over town to get everything taken care of, and gave us recommendations for everything we could possibly need! Absolutely amazing experience, 12/10

We called when our car wouldn't start. Tony was awesome, made room for us right away, even offered to tow us in. We had tow service so not necessary. However, as it turned out we were not in need of their services after all. We were just having a senior moment, when I called Tony back to let him know, he was awesome and didn't even laugh at the fact we were trying to start the car with an unchipped duplicate. We will be taking the car to them shortly for our oil change. Their customer service was fantasic!
