I got stuck without gas on a Sunday evening after a long day of driving. As many other reviews state, Brad was not only incredibly helpful, but thoughtful. Shout out to Nate for the delivery and guiding me to an open station. I hope to not need their services again, but wouldn't hesitate to call if I did! Easy 5⭐.
Brad was very professional, quick, and came very prepared. We were driving from Lovelock to Tacoma and realized 30 minutes after we left Burns that one of the trailer tires was bald and loosing tread fast. To not get stuck in the mountains with no service and a blowout we called Sam's tire. Brad had just gotten back into town but was ready to help I gave him the type of trailer we had and he brought out 2 different rims with new tires mounted because there's two different lug patterns. Absolutely incredible guys. We broke down 30 miles outside of Burns with our truck and camper late one Saturday afternoon. They were able to get us towed into town and to our campground safely. Took amazing care of us and would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!
