Colby hit it out of the park. My wife and I worked with Colby to purchase a small piece of property adjoining our home. Financially, this was not a large deal but there were multiple layers of complexity involving multiple owners and issues with the existing deed. Despite the preceding, Colby worked his butt off and somehow, improbably, made it all come together. Can't ask for more than that and we would definitely work with Colby again.
