Yes! Do it! Sign up! Honest's outdoor workouts are keeping me healthy - and sane - throughout COVID times. The workouts are challenging but accessible with plenty of scales/options. Paisley and the coaches care a TON, and they work hard to keep everything safe and super fun.

I had never done group fitness classes before coming to Honest. I was a little nervous when I walked in but the people, including the trainer, were so so welcoming and affirming. The workouts were awesome and noncompetitive - I felt so supported with new movements and learned a lot about my body and different modalities of training. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would. Recommend to everyone from first timers (like me) to seasoned athletes.

So I'm not generally a big reviewer but this is one of my favorite Portland places that isn't related to food ;) I'm not good about working out on my own and don't care for corporate gyms or giant classes; this place is perfect! Honest is the real deal with excellent trainers who watch to make sure you aren't doing something to injure yourself after demonstrating how to get the most out of all movements. Truly geared toward all levels, each movement has options so you can choose what works best for your body but still get a killer workout.
