Mark and his crew of subcontractors did a great job on our remodel. From Mark’s quote and advice, to the electrician, the carpenter who installed the shiplap, and the painter, it was a very good experience for my wife and I. Everyone was very professional. I will use them again and would not hesitate to refer EPM to someone looking for high quality craftsmanship.
The work was done quickly and clean up was good but would appreciate it if they had come to the door to let me know they were here. They were unloading and getting ready to start and I didn't know they were here. Didn't speak much English so had a hard time answering my questions. The roof moss is gone and roof looks good and definitely appreciate the work
Mark, the owner of Expert Property Maintenance, called me himself to give me a bid on our job. He was extremely professional and organized. I described the job to Mark and he immediately put me at ease, explaining that they do exactly this type of job all the time and knew what was needed. He didn’t try to upsell me to put new leaf guard gutters on (which several others did) and I appreciated his straightforward no B.S. approach. His employees showed up and were very professional and courteous, they even replaced a light for me that I couldn’t reach with my ladder AND cleaned and treated a mossy area on our siding FREE of charge!
