I can't say enough how much I recommend James Ruppert! He just finished an addition solid wood flooring job for me and it's gorgeous. James is so wonderful to work with! He listens and responds. He shows up on time and even lets you know 10 minutes before he arrives. He's friendly and personable. He takes pride and ownership in his work and is more than fair in his invoices. I've worked with contractors that have been very disappointing so I know the difference. I really can't say enough good things about this man and how he does business. Contractors like this are becoming rare. I know from experience. Do not hesitate to contact him and you won't be disappointed!

Here's to Ruppert Floors! We were honored and lucky to have James Ruppert back, to extend maple flooring he installed a couple years ago. His workmanship is truly outstanding, and he's truly a pleasure to work with. I just wish we had paid him more than he asked for!

We had water damage to one section of engineered wood flooring. James did a masterful job at the repair. He obviously cares for his craft and the people he works for. He was great at communicating and super nice. He is the guy you wish was your neighbor.
