I can't say enough how much I recommend James Ruppert! He just finished an addition solid wood flooring job for me and it's gorgeous. James is so wonderful to work with! He listens and responds. He shows up on time and even lets you know 10 minutes before he arrives. He's friendly and personable. He takes pride and ownership in his work and is more than fair in his invoices. I've worked with contractors that have been very disappointing so I know the difference. I really can't say enough good things about this man and how he does business.
