Josh efficiently identified and replaced a faulty wire in my thermostat-heat pump system. I have also had excellent service and advice from Roger in the past as well. This local contractor is highly recommended for their expertise, quick repairs, and reasonable rates and will always be my first choice.

Rodger installed my new furnace and gave me tons of insider knowledge on how to care for our unit. About a year later I reached out to him to ask him questions about it and he was again incredibly helpful and talked me through everything that was going on with my furnace in some harsh winter weather. Even called me after hours to make sure I was confident my furnace was operating correctly. Highly recommend.

I was referred to Clean Air Act by my realtor. I contacted them via email on 7/20 and they promptly responded. Since it's summer they were booked until we 7/27 so I took the appointment. Jayson arrive promptly at the scheduled time and was very kind and informative. He quickly resolved that my capacitor was not working and that he had a replacement in the car. Got my wall unit AC working again in less than 30 min. I'm going to recommend this company to all the other condo owners here.
