I had a massage with Janet Sims. She was fabulous. She was friendly and open and extremely knowledgeable in massage. I went in very sore with muscle cramps and following deep tissue massage with her felt much better and was able to move better. I would highly recommend Janet.
I have been getting massage therapy since I was around 16 years old for different reasons throughout my life. I’m now in my mid 30s and have had several massage therapy sessions with Rachel now and can say she is without a doubt a master at her trade. Her use of hot stones, cupping, hot towels, and other techniques make me feel like a completely new person every time. I would recommend her services and the wellness center to everyone. I haven’t even had the chance to try all the other awesome services they offer at the center yet but I definitely plan to!
I can’t say enough about my therapeutic massage with Rachel. She knew exactly where I needed work the most and I honestly can't begin to express how much she helped me. So kind, knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. Just the best :)
