My laptop touchpad just stopped working. I'm decent with a computer and could not figure out what happened. Tried everything from updating drivers to checking hardware. Bandon IT had it back to me working and updated drivers plus cleaned out the fan and other areas. The price was very fair. Definitely will go back if needed.
Bandon IT , and specifically Daniel, fixed my laptop when it suddenly stopped turning on. Daniel is friendly and very knowledgeable and kept me updated during the day as he worked on my laptop. He fixed my laptop very quickly! I was so appreciative because I was in the middle of working on something important and needed to email someone helping me!
I trust Bandon IT and won't go anywhere else!
I had an issue with my Mac laptop and I decided to use Bandon IT at the encouragement of a friend. The team diagnosed the problem quickly and successfully resolved the problem. If the need arises again I will definitely be going back to Bandon IT.
