I was disappointed in the prices. Ten dollars per brick, 3 dollars a mile to come to my house, 50 dollars an hour for labor. Plus I was told the interest was going to be low, but it was over 15%. And the interest charges, stated as 'a late fee', were applied before the first invoice was even sent.
The service men, however, were very nice and professional.
The work they did seemed satisfactory, until after only 3 months two of the bricks they replaced in the wood stove fell out. I called and was told I was past the warranty date....I cannot find any mention of a warranty date on the invoice.....and I would have to pay for a service call. and efficient at scheduling.

Actual service call: Eric arrived on time and did an excellent job servicing my furnace and heat pumps. I highly recommend Valley Metal & Heating.
