⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Lifesaver! I can't say enough great things about this computer repair company and Dale Bogardus! When my laptop suddenly died, I was in a complete panic—especially because I thought I'd lost all of my files. Dale responded immediately, worked with me to assess the situation, and guided me through every step with friendly professionalism. Not only did he help me find the best solution, but he also had a replacement laptop ready to go—on the spot! Even more amazing, he was able to fully recover all of my files, which I thought were gone forever. The loss would have been absolutely devastating, but Dale saved the day. From start to finish, his service was fast, efficient, and truly above and beyond. I’m incredibly grateful and wouldn’t go anywhere else for tech help. Highly, highly recommend!

Dale brought my laptop back to life. He came to my house one day after I called, took my laptop to the shop and returned it the next day. I don't live anywhere near Baker City. He was very reasonably priced. My laptop is screaming fast.

I could not recommend Dale enough! I asked his opinion on what kind of hard drive I should upgrade to. Within a couple hours he was at my house with a new one, and I expected him to just drop it off and leave. But he stayed and helped me set it up and showed me some cool features on it. He explained it in a way that was easy to understand, and didn't make me feel dumb when I asked dumb questions! After he left, I noticed he had left me a free pen and mouse pad! He is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. Highly recommend.
