5k retainer for a simple case.. my attorney showed up late to the hearing after asking me to be early to go over some pre hearing stuff! Very little communication and extremely unprofessional

I set up a time for an interview, 1.the first time they didn't call, saying they had a mixup with the time difference, ( I'm in Arizona), 2.they said they would call and set up another appointment, ( I had to call them), set up another appointment, 3. ( They didn't call), Stating, they thought I was going to call them, 4.( they said we will call AGAIN to set up another appointment, ( Never called back) I know my case didn't involve a major amount of money, but I would at least hope for a call back.

They are ripping my elderly grandparents off. Zero results or communication but somehow they have racked the bill up past 30k. Scammers that need to be turned into the Bar association
