This place is EXCELLENT!!!! I was just visiting Baker City. When I got to town, I had a small noise and within a few days the noise was too loud to ignore. I took my 1999 Durango to Hills Auto unsure what to expect due to the age of my vehicle. My Durango was fixed an hour and a half later ..... I could not believe it! I told them to fix everything they could find, because I am driving by myself to AZ. They fixed what I needed, explained to keep an eye on my coolant and why. My bill was only $115!!!! These people are so good at what they do. They are professional - thorough and provide explanations. I wish I lived here in Baker City just to have an honest. excellent repair...read full review

Came into the shop, late, with shock issuesFirst day, of our 4 day camping trip..Talked to Doug the owner! GREAT GUY -Next morning 0700 "sharp" he was on it!! 45 MIN later I was back on the road!.Outstanding customer service from a "home town" business!! There are STILL some Honest/Hard working companies with "integrity" in this country!! Check engine light came on on the road. I pulled in to Hills Auto. They are family/friend owned and it was such a positive experience! They figured out what was wrong for free! They didn't have space for service that day, but they sent me to someone who did! Good experience. Good people.
