Bought a 2015 lincoln mkc, when they delivered the car to me it would not start. that should have been my first clue, but we got it started finally. I had problems from then on, so took it back to them within the 30 days, they said it was the battery, so they changed it. also took it in because it steered funny. Was told all was good. within 2 months I had to put a new starter in and now it is in the shop with 5 bolts missing from the transfer case and transfer case is broken. Tried to call because the warranty they sold me that i was told would fix anything that happens to it, will not cover missing bolts. also was told it would not drive with missing bolts, which is wrong because I drove it to the shop. Talked to the manager and was told they would call me back, and I have called 3 more times and still haven't called back. within 4 months of having bought a car from them, drove under 1000 miles i have to spend 3300 to be able to drive it and now can't help from them for selling a car that they said there was an inspection done on, but 2 shops missed 5 missing or loose bolts?? Its sad because I would have thought being in a small town they would want all the business they could get and I would have sent numerous people that way, but now I will not recommend them ever, because they put me in an unsafe rig to drive knowing I needed it to go back and forth to Portland for Dr's appointment and will not help out at all with taking any responsibility.

I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Baker City Auto Ranch...and I have used their service dept for all my services for each one of them...They are awesome! From the salesman to the people in the parts and service dept! I highly recommend them!
