“I had posted on the Nextdoor app looking for carpet cleaning services for a home we had been renting and moving out of. Jon personally messaged me offering his services, I did get a lot of recommendations but it resonates for me when a business takes their time to personally contact you saying they can help. I gave him a call and it was super last minute as we had to be out of the home by the end of the week. Jon had a busy schedule and he did everything he could to fit me in, and even with his busy schedule he worked me in for next day services! Not only was he incredibly helpful and professional, not to mention getting me in so last minute, he did an amazing job! We had 3 dogs and there were a couple deep stains that I made even worse attempting to carpet clean myself and they are gone. He did mention that they could potentially come back but there’s no trace! I would highly recommended his services to anyone looking for carpet cleaning in their home!“
