I am the type of person to always be early to...everything. today, unfortunately, I woke up late and was running late on everything. Kristen still kindly took my husky. She didn't have to do that, and I would've understood completely.

My husky has been labeled as unruly, nippy, and anxious and aggressive by multiple groomers. Kristen took her knowing this. My husky is older (9) and does have anxiety issues she's medicated for.

Upon picking up my elderly anxious husky...

I was greeted with a HAPPY DOG who looked like a puppy again! She was puppy soft, smelled amazing and showed no signs of distress. My dogs fur was NOT CUT OR SHAVED.

Kristen informed me she acted like a normal husky and wasn't unruly or unmaneageable. She took the time to brush out my mouthy husky and clearly treated her well. If you have a husky, Kristen is your girl. We are now scheduling every 8 weeks with her specifically. I take horrible photos but my dog looks amazing and she's so incredibly soft and I couldn't be happier with her groom!“

“Pet Village is a great place to board pets. We have boarded our dog (currently 1 year old English black lab) and they do a good job. We always pay extra to have the staff play with him for 15 minutes each day. I feel stress free about leaving him with them. The staff are very kind. He also did training and when we got him, there was a noticeable difference with jumping on people. We also always have time bathe him prior to pickup which is very nice. Price is very reasonable for the service.“

“Took our Doxipoo in today who is a very anxious dog when it comes to any type of bathing or grooming. Sharee was amazing with him. He came home looking like a whole new dog and smelling good too. “I bring my senior cat in for grooming (Lion Cut) because she's getting older & can't groom herself see she used to so she gets bad mats in her fur. They always do such a great job & I know she doesn't make it easy for them. She looks adorable with her little fur boots & Poofy face. Isabel is great with her & she always comes out perfect!!“

“I liked this store a lot. However it's quite expensive. I bought k9 advantage II, a 5.4 Oz bag of Good n Fun tripple flavor twists, and 2 dog toys for $75. The toys were plain squeaky ones some with rope but all the really cool ones were way out of my price range. Great service. They were incredibly nice. Helped me decide what flea meds would be best for me. Calm atmosphere. Layout of the store was great, all similar things together. I would only be able to visit this store if I get another gift card. This was from my health services for having my well visit. If I were rich I would go there all the time tho.“
