I only know enough about computer hardware or security programs to confuse myself. Anytime I have a problem I call on MossyTech. They respond quickly, figure out my issue, and fix it with cheerful competence-without making me feel d**** I've had both on site service by Alan, and remote service with Tom. I am very grateful for the expertise and prompt resolutions.

My trusty PC got sicker and sicker a few months ago. Through numerous scans and tests I came up empty and for the first time in my life took a computer to a shop. Staff at MossyTech were friendly and helpful, diagnosing a problem I would never have solved. Bad news: the motherboard was failing and I needed a new PC. Brandon(?) didn't take long to find the hardware issue and sent me home with my old hard drive. MossyTech recycled the old carcass, all this for a very reasonable price. I hope I never have to do this again but I will not hesitate to take it to MossyTech if I do.
