The best haircut in town! Least expensive too.I recommend Frank's barbershop. he's a locally owned business that has been givin the best barber shop award by the daily astorian for 3 years in a row.

Frank made sexist jokes while I was waiting for him to cut my husband’s hair plus gave a terrible haircut. He thought the jokes were funny, we weren’t laughing but he kept making them anyways. I didn’t have anywhere to go while waiting so felt trapped and unwelcome. Never giving him business again.This happened 2.5 years ago but I recently learned how to leave google reviews. The incident still makes me mad and I want to warn any future customers.

Frank is friendly, fast, and thorough. Great shop just off the downtown area. Pricing was fair and shop was clean. I had a wedding to go to and stopped in for a quick cut and was pleasantly surprised how quickly Frank had me looking clean. Even vacuumed up hair clippings.
