I brought my daughter there and Dr. Scruggs did a medical procedure without informing her or asking for authorization for this. When we received a bill I questioned it with the receptionist/biller and tried to tell her that in the future that it might be a good practice to let a patient know when Dr. Scruggs is about to perform a medical procedure not covered by the exam fee and that it would cost extra. She became argumentative and questioned why I felt this way instead of acknowledging my frustration and allowing me to share a customer's perspective.
