We did the couples massage with the water soak and it was so relaxing! There is a steam room and sauna at the main location in downtown Ashland as well as men’s and women’s locker rooms. The atmosphere is relaxing!Since we did the 30 minute mineral soak before our massages we were already feeling relaxed! Then our massage therapists came and got us for our couples massages. The massage tables are heated, which is especially nice in winter when we went. We couldn’t have asked for better massage therapists and the overall experience was amazing! We will definitely go again.

My deep tissue massage therapist, Kaley, was very skilled. I would make regular appointments with her if I lived in the area.The spa atmosphere is calming. You should note that sauna & steam room are unavailable in the late afternoon.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Steve, who offered the right attention to detail and listened carefully to my requests. His energy was very grounding and his skill unquestionable. I will be back to see him if I am ever in the area.
