Efficient and professional. The healthcare industry, these days dictates that these places be run rather like a factory. When I got there, there were many people in the waiting room, but I barely sat down before they called my name and started the regular procedures of an annual check up. It took a minimum of time to dilate my eyes, and then I waited maximum three minutes for a doctor to come in and check. He went over my history and told me I have very boring eyes. That’s a great thing to hear. I was very satisfied with the visit which took just under an hour.
I had a cornea scratch and they saw me right away when my former provider could not, that was years ago. Always excellent. I go for routine vision checks now. The front office staff is excellent and have personality. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors I have met with are excellent and informative.
Dr. England quickly diagnosed the issue with my eye and provided excellent, simple instructions to remedy the problem. All of the staff are excellent, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate the level of care. Many special blessings.
