Michael Kozak does an excellent job with his business of cleaning your carpets using organic and safe materials. They were mindful of our pets during the service, skilled at their work and knowledgeable about carpets and fabrics. During the service Michael, the Owner, found a diamond ring I had lost months before underneath the leg of a piece of furniture and he promptly put the ring up in plain view and reported it to me. I think people can relax and be rest assured that this business is not only professional but honest as well.

I just wanted to sing my praises for Michael and New Age. I've been struggling with allergies since my last carpet cleaning. I know now it was all the chemicals that were left in my carpet. Michael came in and did his thing. There is no odor or filmy feeling from the carpet anymore. I've slept well - no stuffy nose. Michael has been cleaning my carpets for several years. He is very professional and knowledgeable about all types of carpets including wool. He uses organic methods with Tea Tree Oil in his cleaning solution. My carpets always come out beautifully clean.
