To Mr. Michael Cook, who previously posted a review, which of course doesn't tell the whole story, just what makes US look bad, right??? Maybe if you would've approached the situation differently, like "Hey, I've been waiting in my car first before the next person got here so it's me next in line" it would've been just fine, issue fixed! But nooo you proceeded to flip us off (in front of a youth mind you) and run away, so yes we will and ALWAYS will stand up for ourselves and not take that kind of behavior right in front of our faces, sorry we couldn't read your mind. For the past 4 years I have had haircuts from all the different people that work at Flat Top. Always excellent haircuts from each one of them. I am very happy to give them 5 star rating because they have always made me look like a 10 star stud!I have always heard them be respectful to every client that's there waiting. The crew are always kind and they always have a lollipop for you when they're done. Great place for the family to get a haircut.Aloha from one of your happy and styling customers!

Makayla was single-handedly managing the shop alone in a busy Saturday afternoon. Shop has a strict walk in only policy on Fridays and Saturdays so patrons are expected to wait and I had no problem waiting. I initially went in just for side/back shave but after seeing a few fantastic haircuts (and mind you, she didn’t take long on each cut- she just knows how to give great and fast haircuts), I changed my mind and requested to get a whole haircut. She said she’s been constantly working since 9 am today with no break and it was past 1pm already yet she took care of each customer as if they’re her first haircut of the day.
