Really appreciate the timely manner in which they communicated with me & got back to me. They were able to fix my compute for an extremely reasonable price, which is the price they gave me & well below $200...in fact, they said they wouldn't charge me anything if they couldn't fix it. Thank you Miles & you deserve the 5 stars!

I chose Dr. Networking because of their Google reviews. I’m not disappointed. Miles is knowledgeable, clearly conveys the issue and a reasonable timeframe for repair. When timeframes changed, he communicated timely. I found him both prompt and fair. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Excellent Service and Great Prices. Miles has helped me with several tech related issues and I always received excellent care at very reasonable prices. He obviously loves what he does and he is extremely knowledgable. Recently, Miles helped with with a nasty hacking incident that could have beed devastating to my iMac as well as my personal and financial security. The pandemic has made our computers and phones critical for work and communication and I am so grateful to know that if something goes wrong--I have Miles to turn to. FIVE STARS and Highly Recommended !!!
